The most commonly used folding shapes are;
Middle fold : brands generally prefer this fold in their flag labels or main labels. It can also be used on Washing instruction labels. For example, a center fold label with a logo on the front and a washing instruction on the back.
Endfolding : This folding method is mostly preferred for neck tags or hang tags. While optional, the design is often placed in the middle of the label.
Straight cut : there is no folding in these tags. It is completely sewn onto the garment.
1.Tafetta labels : We can say that these Labels are simple and cheap quality for woven labels. It is translucent and less dense for this style fabric.
2.Satin labels : The quality of the satin label has a beautiful, shiny and soft weave. Can be used on all garments. Satin label has limited color choice for background colors.
Twill Labels : These quality labels have a normal density for weaving. It has soft texture and more options for background color.
Side woven satin labels : This type of label is the same as satin quality. softens the edges of labels along with more woven properties. It is mostly preferred in baby clothing and underwear. However, we can say that the size options are limited.
High quality and resolution woven labels : It has more density than other qualities. it is HD soft label as we use finer threads for this label.
Damascus woven labels : It is the most preferred quality. It can be used for any label you can think of. It is available in many color options with its matte surface, hard and rich appearance.

Extremely affordable, printed labels with text and symbols can be ordered in the size you want and in 100% polyester satin or Tyvek, even with the option of silk suitable for baby skin. These labels have a smooth, durable surface and can be safely washed at all temperatures.
If you want to make labels from a special paper, these papers consist of a combination of colors and coatings and surface structures of many different quality papers. In this regard, first of all, the quality of the paper demanded by our customers should be sought. At this point, we communicate with our paper manufacturers to exchange ideas and decide together with our customers.
For example, Glazed paper can have a glossy or matte finish. In addition, glazed paper can be produced from 90 gr to 350 gr. They are quality hang tags that can also be used for barcodes or adhesive labels.
If it's Bristol paper you want, they can usually have a matte or glossy finish. Bristol paper can be produced from 180gr to 400gr. If you want your label to be made of thicker cardboard, we can produce thicker and heavier cardboard labels by combining 2 pieces of 300gr paper. This type of paper is also useful for double-sided printed or boxed products, as the two surface qualities are different.

If you want an original background color, we will recommend environmentally friendly recycled papers. you both present an original image and protect our world.
